Jeffrey & Me was inspired by a conversation I had with my three-year-old nephew, Jeffrey. 

When I asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, his answer revealed something far beyond a childhood dream—he wanted to protect others the way he felt protected.

That moment became a children’s book I wrote and illustrated, bringing together storytelling, imagination, and a memory that still means the world to me.
